The back judge in the Rams-Redskins game, Scott Helverson, should have been flagged for a hit below the knees on this one. Rushing in after Kenny Britt caught a touchdown and began taunting the defensive back, Helverson stubbed his toes and gave us the officiating GIF of the week.
