Brooklyn Nets’ owner Mikhail Prokhorov is doing some sort of conditioning seminar at Duke today. Almost none of those words belong together. In the above video, he’s dribbling a tiny basketball while bouncing a tennis ball on a board. In the video below, he’s dribbling a tiny ball while balancing his feet on a tiny basketball. This is like Russian crossfit basketball. Good for everyone who organized this silliness.

Prokhorov took over the Nets in 2010. Since then, the team has won 177 total games. In the same time span, Duke has won 150 games. Perhaps the Duke athletic director should be in Brooklyn standing on basketballs.
