The Flames and Canucks Had a Fight Two Seconds into Their NHL Season

Michael Ferland of the Flames and Derek Dorsett of the Canucks dropped their gloves and started going at each other as soon as the puck dropped in their NHL season opener Wednesday night. The players and their teammates were involved in a rather large fight in these past NHL playoffs, and the lingering resentment evidently simmered for the ensuing six months. There’s no other sport quite like hockey.
