Rutgers Spiked On 4th Down, Lost to Michigan State

Rutgers tried to clock the ball to set up the Hail Mary down a touchdown to Michigan State. It was 4th down. Game over. Spartans survive 31-24.
Noteworthy for this incident of sideline miscommunication: head coach Kyle Flood was suspended.
