WWE's Rusev and Lana Engaged, Which Will Presumably Shake Up On-Screen Storyline

Rusev and Lana are engaged. Engaged wrestling fans surmised this over the past few weeks, as Lana has appeared to be wearing an engagement ring in some of her Instagram photos, but TMZ confirmed the news over the weekend. Lana’s been recovering from a wrist injury and has been off WWE programming for a little while, but before she got hurt she and Rusev were involved in a profoundly dumb love quadrangle with Dolph Ziggler and Summer Rae.

WWE sometimes uses TMZ as a tentacle of its storytelling arm, so it wouldn’t be surprising if this news finds its way onto WWE programming in the next few weeks.

As a random aside, Lana was once a FSU cowgirl alongside Jenn Sterger.
