Is this Flying Animal Spotted Near a New Jersey Golf Course the Jersey Devil?

What the heck is this flying thing seen near a New Jersey golf course? Is it the Jersey Devil? The man who took the picture, Dave Black, told NJ.com he spotted the creature while on his way home from work near a golf course in Galloway, NJ.

"“I was just driving past the golf course in Galloway on Route 9 and had to shake my head a few times when I thought I saw a llama,” he wrote in his email. “If that wasn’t enough, then it spread out leathery wings and flew off over the golf course.” "

Black grabbed his phone and snapped a few pictures, but as anyone with an iPhone knows, they never all come out great and the best picture he could get is the one above. He swears the picture isn’t photoshopped and he’s genuinely just curious as to what he saw.

"“Yes, I swear it’s not Photoshopped or a staged thing,” Black responded when I asked if he was willing to let me use his name and state that the photo he sent was not manipulated in any way. “People have said it’s fake, but it’s not. I’m honestly just looking for an explanation for what I saw.”"

So what do you think he saw? Is it the Jersey Devil, a really large bat, or is it an owl with a rabbit in it’s mouth?
