Marcus Mariota Got Hit Late and Low in the Back of Legs by Olivier Vernon

Marcus Mariota is under pressure today from a Miami line that seems suddenly motivated after head coach Joe Philbin was fired. Right after Ndamukong Suh and Cameron Wake had destroyed the Titans’ line for a sack, Mariota dropped back and got hit by a late, dirty hit from Olivier Vernon right in the back of the legs. A flag was thrown on the play.
He stayed down for a couple of minutes, and then stayed in the game. However, he looks limited and may need to be further checked.
