This week’s podcast guest is Bob Condotta, a veteran at the Seattle Times. We discussed the Seahawks’ slow start, whether there’s a belief in the building that their season is salvageable, if there’s concern that Marshawn Lynch might be over the hill, struggles on the offensive line, and how Russell Wilson’s teammates feel about him.
As the portion with Condotta taped on Tuesday, we did not discuss the Fred Jackson accident with him. However, in the later portion, the two of us talked about how TMZ got this story partially wrong. Other topics of conversation include Johnny Manziel’s domestic incident — and whether local law enforcement did him a favor by keeping their report under wraps until Friday news dump time — as well as wondering why more networks don’t experiment with the idea of broadcasting big games on multiple channels.
