Marshawn Lynch Vomited on the Sideline [VIDEO]

Marshawn Lynch is battling a stomach bug this evening, which apparently is not altogether uncommon. (Not a doctor, but maybe this is symptomatic of his candy consumption during games?) In any event, CBS was not content to let us take their word for it. Lynch has already returned to the game.
