Jason Peters Carted Off After Apparent Leg Injury [Video] [UPDATE]

Jason Peters, the star left tackle for the Eagles, went down with an apparent leg injury in the first quarter of tonight’s game versus the Panthers. This would be a CRUSHING blow for Philly:

That looked like Jason Peters' right leg buckled. They're bringing out the cart. Peters has torn the Achilles tendon in that leg twice.

Hopefully this injury is not as bad as it initially looks.

UPDATE: This, uh, didn’t look like a lower back injury, but that’s what the Eagles are reporting:
