Fantasy Football Sunday Starter Rankings, Week 9: DeSean Jackson Finally Returning to Action This Week

Here are the updated Sunday rankings with early inactive information. There aren’t many surprising inactives on the offensive end. DeSean Jackson returns for Washington against the Patriots. Sammy Watkins is back for Buffalo. The biggest names appear to be on the defensive side of the ball. The Rams-Vikings matchup, for example, has several out, including Robert Quinn and T.J. Ward for the Rams, and Sharrif Floyd and Eric Kendricks out for the Vikings.
