Roman Harper Tackled Richard Rodgers Late Out of Bounds into Cameraman's Legs [UPDATE]

Roman Harper continued to tackle Richard Rodgers when the Packers tight end was already out of bounds, which resulted in a 15-yard penalty. The Packers tight end went flew into the knees of a cameraman on the sidelines, and it looked like it could’ve been bad. Hopefully the innocent bystander is okay here.
