Oakland Raiders Player May Face Felony Charge For Barking at a Police Dog Before Steelers Game [UPDATE]

The Oakland Raiders visited Pittsbrugh to play the Steelers on Sunday. Before the game, an as-yet-unidentified player “lifted his shirt, pounded on his chest and began barking at the dog,” according to WTAE. Police and an Allegheny County district attorney reviewing video from Heinz field and are apparently considering this “taunting,” which is a 3rd degree felony in Pennsylvania.

UPDATE: The player involved has been identified as linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong.
