Did Chip Kelly Take a Subtle Swipe at Russell Wilson? [VIDEO]

Chip Kelly spent much of his Thursday press conference discussing Malcolm Jenkins’ acknowledgement of knowingly playing much of last Sunday’s game against Dallas with a concussion. One reporter asked if the Eagles do anything with sports science to “stay ahead of the curve” with concussions. Chip deadpanned that while “people say they drink a certain water,” the only thing you can really do is teach proper tackling technique. If you’ll recall, this past August, Russell Wilson touted the magic of Reliant Recovery Water, and it’s likely that this Chip quip was the presser equivalent of a subtweet.

UPDATE: As a reader points out, Kelly was also probably taking a shot at Tom Brady, whose endorsement of NeuroSafe was criticized by Chip in a radio interview a little while back.
