Chris Culliver made a tremendous play for the Redskins on Greg Olsen here, hitting him high and what appeared to be legal, and forcing the fumble, which he ran back for a touchdown.

Except bizarrely, the referees called “unnecessary roughness” on Culliver on the tackle for going high on the 6-foot-6 Olsen. What is Culliver supposed to do?

The returned for a touchdown would have made it 21-14 Redskins; instead, a few plays later, the Panthers scored a touchdown to grab a 21-14 lead. An enormous 14-point swing.
