Cleveland Browns Fans Respond to Heartbreaking Loss with Profound Sadness, Hulk Hogan Impressions

The Cleveland Brows are now 2-9 after losing to the Baltimore Ravens on a blocked field goal return as time expired. Johnny Manziel doesn’t appear to be the savior and the franchise’s search for a viable quarterback creeps into its third decade.

There is no logical reason for hope. Long-suffering fans seem destined to suffer some more.

One such unfortunate soul inadvertently captured the soul-crushing nature of being a Browns fan with his cell phone as the final seconds ticked away last night.

First we see Will Hill racing away from Cleveland defenders for a game-winning score.

Then the camera pans to a man wordlessly stifling his emotions and motioning toward the exists — surely to avoid making a public scene.

Next up is a man with a 1,000-yard stare doing mental gymnastics aimed at discovering why — WHY — he’s at a Browns game dealing with this right now.

And finally, in the leading role, a Hulk Hogan impersonator rips his jersey in half despite protests from a reasonable-sounding woman.

It’d be hard to script such a tidy video summation of the Browns fan experience.

It’d also be hard not to feel some compassion for these people. Enough is enough.
