Johnny Manziel Gave a Gun Signal After First Down, Signed a Fan's $100 Bill Before Game

Johnny Football has returned from his two-game benching after being named the starter with some flair. Before the game, a fan gave him a $100 bill which he autographed. Then, after a personal foul gave the Browns a first down, he could be seen pointing for the first down while also giving some sort of gun signal. Johnny Football just out there having fun.
