Washington State outlasted Miami and blizzard-like conditions in the poorly named Sun Bowl. It was good for the Cougars’ ninth win of the year. One does not simply celebrate a surprisingly successful season with one Gatorade bath. Mike Leach found this out the hard way as his players got him with double-barrel action.
