One does not get a body like Mike Trout simply by eating Subway. Sure, those nutritional six-inch sub sandwiches are helpful, but they’re only part of the process. The other ingredient? Hardcore stuff like this.
Here’s the 2014 American League MVP pushing an enormous tire full of spare weights. It’s a great way to combine both aerobic and anaerobic elements into a workout. More importantly, it creates a loud clanging noise that lets everyone know sweat is happening.
