Dirk Nowitzki and Zaza Pachulia's Feud May Derail the Mavericks Season

Dirk Nowitzki and Zaza Pachulia have been at odds all season. The Mavericks legend and the the free agent have been competing to see who can dunk the most this season. Dirk’s chances took a big hit this week when he missed a dunk. Pachulia was waiting to slam him for it. Via ESPN:

“We all agree that it’s a minus one,” Pachulia said, keeping a straight face. “It’s embarrassing. I hate to do that to him. He works so hard to get his four dunks, but it’s the game. It’s the rule.”

Now the war of words has spilled onto social media.

Dirk then took a shot at the size of his teammate’s head.

Somehow the Mavericks have managed to stay in the playoff race despite the internal strife.
