Jim Harbaugh Climbed a Tree to Impress a Recruit

Jim Harbaugh paid a visit to four-star cornerback recruit David Long, Jr. out in California. The Michigan coach’s pitch apparently involved a tree-climbing demonstration.
Why? Well, we should have learned by now not to ask why when it comes to Harbaugh. There’s no figuring the man out.
Between his sleepover last week and this display, evidence is mounting that he’s reverting back to a child. Will he escape this bizarre Benjamin Button situation or will it get the best of him? Only time will tell.
For now, though, business for Harbaugh and the Wolverines is good. Just ask them.
Say what you want about the sometimes sketchy world of recruiting, but watching adult men perform like clowns for high schoolers is solid entertainment.
