Daria Gavrilova is still alive in the French Open after defeating Kristina Mladenovic in a marathon 11-9 third set. While her performance on the court was impressive, it’s her choice of words that is getting the most attention this morning.

Speaking in a post-match interview, Gavrilova talked about maintaining confidence while trailing.

“I know that if I don’t win this game I’m done,” she said. “I’m good from behind.”

Few would have noticed had Gavrilova not immediately covered her mouth and acted as if it was the bluest thing ever said on television.

Apparently this phrase has a different meaning that I’m not aware of because it’s tough to get dates back to my parents’ basement.
