Louisville's 7-Foot Backup Center Out Here Throwing Behind-the-Back Passes Between People's Legs

Anas Mahmoud, Louisville’s backup center, is a 7-foot sophomore from Egypt. During last night’s Cardinals win over #2 North Carolina, Mahmoud threw a behind-the-back bounce pass on a fast break that went through the legs of a Carolina defender for an assist to Damion Lee. Mahmoud finished with 4 points, 4 rebounds, that one assist, 1 steal, and 3 blocks in 17 minutes.

If they don’t trip up against Boston College this weekend, they should have a nice number next to their name when they face unranked Duke next Monday.
