Rob Gronkowski Will Host "Crashletes" - "Ridiculousness" For Kids on Nickelodeon

Rob Gronkowski is going to host “Ridiculousness” for kids. Nickelodeon held their upfronts yesterday and announced a Rob Dyrdek-produced “viral sports clip show” called “Crashletes” which will be hosted by Gronk. Via Deadline:

"Crashletes will feature guest personalities from the worlds of sports and entertainment, along with “the funniest, craziest viral sports clips and user-generated content from around the world,” per the Nick announcement at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall. As host, Gronkowski will offer funny commentary on the clips, alongside his co-hosts and guest stars."

This is going to be a train wreck. Dyrdek hosts “Ridiculousness,” which is, of course, a rip-off of Tosh.O, which is just America’s Funniest Home YouTube Videos*. Now just imagine those shows with a sports-focus and children as the target audience. And then add Gronk throwing out family friendly one-liners. My head hurts, bro.
