Kadeem Allen set a screen as he delivered the handoff. Wichita State’s Markis McDuffie had his hand hit an unfortunate location as he tried to defend that. No foul was called on the play, and it was deemed incidental (so no flagrant foul either). That doesn’t make it less painful.
