Lester Medford Lost The Ball, Baylor Upset By Yale

The Baylor Bears had a chance for a final shot down two. But, Lester Medford slipped and lost the ball. Baylor fouled. The Yale Bulldogs converted the free throws and held on for a 79-75 win, the first NCAA Tournament triumph in program history.

We’d joke about Baylor getting revenge in football, but, with a 6-4 mark last season, Yale might be a bit too ambitious for the Bears’ non-conference slate.
