Ugly Final Seconds of Wisconsin-Pitt Summed Up the Wisconsin-Pitt Experience
By Kyle Koster
The final sequence of the game nicely summed up the experience. First, Wisconsin’s Nigel Hayes caught only glass with a desperation three-point attempt. Then Pittsburgh’s James Robinson ran into his teammate and missed a runner.
It was his tenth straight miss.
The Badgers were able to overcome shooting 32 percent shooting (Hayes went 3-for-17) and 16 first-half points.
But, hey, what are we supposed to do? Not watch basketball?
