Demetrius Jackson Had 2 Huge Steals, 6 Points During Final 19 Seconds Of Notre Dame's Win
By Kyle Koster
Trailing 56-53, Demetrius Jackson drove for a layup to cut the lead to one. Then he stole the ball from Nigel Hayes and made another layup to give the Irish a 57-56 advantage.
Two V.J. Beachem free-throws made it 59-56. Jackson continued his stealing spree by ripping the ball away from Bronson Koening to prevent a game-tying attempt and proceeded to put things out of reach by sinking two freebies.
