Tim Tebow is a name that still drives debate in football circles more than three years after he last played an NFL game. Tebow is not dismissing another type of work though, and it’s another field that would cause a lot of debate: politics.

While at his foundation’s annual golf tournament, Tebow was asked by Fox & Friends’s Ainsley Earhardt if he would ever consider running for office. The 28-year-old didn’t dismiss it, saying the opportunity would be “intriguing.” He said, “I don’t know at this time in my life…if there’s there’s a chance to make a difference someday at something, that’s intriguing.”

We don’t know a whole lot about Tebow’s stances on political issues, other than being pro-life and being a hardcore supporter of Christian values. We do know he can be charming, is pretty good on camera and has a huge name that grabs attention, so seeing him run for office wouldn’t be all that surprising.

I mean, if Heath Shuler can get elected to to Congress, anything is possible.
