VIDEO: LeBron James Screamed at Kyrie Irving Before Giving Him a Hug

The status of the LeBron James-Kyrie Irving relationship has been under intense scrutiny for several weeks. Every comment James makes is dissected for clues about how he’s getting along with the Cavaliers’ second-best player. At times this behavior seems like an exercise in making a mountain out of a molehill.

But when there’s basically a one-sided screaming match on the bench — as there was Friday night — it seems prudent to wonder aloud if everything is copacetic.

Let’s point out that it was crunch time in a key game against a good team and effective communication was paramount to victory. Let’s also state we don’t know what James was barking. Odds are it was directives to help win the game–a goal eventually acheieved.

What’s clear is that there’s one Alpha on the team and he wears No. 23.
