Troy Smith Has a Degree in Bachelors from Ohio State, per His Dash Cam Arrest Video

Former Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith, the 2006 Heisman Trophy winner, was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Westerville, Ohio, and TMZ has the dash cam video of his sobriety test.

Needless to say, he did not pass, after first identifying himself as “officer.” He claimed to have had zero drinks (apparently unaware that the answer is always “two.”) When the officer asked him his highest level of education, Smith said “I graduated from Ohio State with a degree in Bachelors.”
