Boris Diaw Announces Plan To Visit Space In The Next 10-30 Years

It has been a long time since anybody accused Boris Diaw of being a high flyer, but the Spurs forward plans to visit outer space anyway.

"“I will go to space at some point,” Diaw told the NBA Player’s Association. “I won’t say in the next 10 years, but maybe in 30.” "

The 33-year-old Frenchman has already seen plenty of earth, and he is a filmmaker, children’s book writer and photographer, in addition to being a key contributor to the 65-12 Spurs.

"“If I don’t take a break, I go crazy,” he said."

Diaw says he doesn’t like to plan too far in advance, though before he explores the firmament he does plan to sail around the globe in his boat after his basketball career is finished.
