Todd Mulzet, the diving coach at the University of California-Berkley, has taken a $455.30 paycut following sexual harassment claims made against him last year by another University employee. Mulzet was accused of multiple unwanted sexual advances over an 18-month period, including allegedly offering the man $300 – in front of students – for oral sex. According to the investigation, a witness corroborated many of the incidents. Again, here is Mulzet’s punishment, via USA TODAY Sports:

"The school imposed a salary decrease of 5% — $227.65 — for the pay periods of January and Feburary and required Mulzet enroll and complete a sexual harassment training class, according to a disciplinary letter sent to Cal’s sixth-year diving coach."

Just last month, Cal fired men’s basketball assistant coach Yann Hufnagel after a sexual harassment investigation.
