Kyle Schwarber, a leftfielder for the Cubs who hits absolutely towering home runs, was carted off the field with an apparent leg injury tonight after this collision with Dexter Fowler. Whether or not you are a Cubs fan, you have to be holding your breath that this is not as serious as it appears on first look.

UPDATE: It’s still early but this is about as good of news as there could be tonight:
