Cardale Jones Rips NCAA, Calls It "Insane and Unfair"
Cardale Jones has never been a big fan of the NCAA, as he famously claimed that football players “ain’t come to play school” and that classes were “pointless.” On Monday he let loose with a few more tweets ripping the organization.

Why shouldn't a collegiate athlete be able to use their OWN likeness/brand to benefit themselves but yet the @NCAA can sell there jerseys?

That's my 2cent on the @NCAA .It's not like that's going to change how the athletes are exploited, even tho 98% of people feel the same way

The Ohio State quarterback isn’t alone in his criticisms of the organization, but I’m not sure ripping it on the eve of the NFL draft was such a good idea. NFL teams are watching and probably won’t be big fans of him blasting the NCAA. And Jones has felt this way for a long time, so why didn’t he jump to the league last year if the NCAA is so evil?
I agree with Jones that the NCAA is an absurd organization whose rules don’t actually do much to help student athletes. I’m just not sure tweeting about it is the best way to promote change.
