Eric Carter is a 5’11 senior righty for the University of Louisiana Lafayette. On Tuesday, the Ragin’ Cajuns beat Tulane, 9-2. Carter worked the 8th and 9th innings, striking out five. To end the 8th, he threw a knee buckling curveball that left designated hitter Jeremy Montalbano on the plate after a wild swing and a miss.
