Corey Crawford knows the NHL playoffs are intense and the Chicago Blackhawks goalie took things to another level Tuesday night.
During the second period of a tight game with the St. Louis Blues, Crawford decided to go after a forward who interfered with him. Blues forward Robby Fabbri collided with Crawford and took a goalkeeper interference penalty. But immediately after the collision, Crawford went after Fabbri and tried to fight him.
Well, you don’t see that every day. Crawford wound up getting a minor penalty for roughing.
The Blues and Blackhawks are tied at 2 entering the third period and St. Louis leads the series 2-1.
