Did Russell Westbrook Yell "Eff You" at a Heckler in Dallas?

Russell Westbrook was fouled on a drive by Salah Mejri in the third quarter of Mavs-Thunder on Saturday. When Westbrook got up, he exchanged words with a few Mavs, and then appeared to yell “f- you” at a Mavericks heckler.
Though in these videos you can see one fan with his hands cupped yelling at Westbrook, the guard’s head was turned in a different direction on the yell and the ESPN announcers (after these videos end; at the 3:44-mark of the 3rd quarter) said he was yelling at a fan in the front row.
" This dude Russell Westbrook says “F**k you, ni**a!” to a heckler. Smh “We” can’t be doin things like that, Russ. pic.twitter.com/TsKqAhrEK0 — Tony Seven (@tonyseven_) April 24, 2016 "
Westbrook and Mejri had already earned a double technical at the beginning of the second quarter, and the Thunder (and fans like myself who don’t have a strong rooting interest but enjoy watching Westbrook play) were relatively lucky that the refs gave Westbrook a long leash in this sequence. He finished the game with 25 points and 15 assists.
