Brent Seabrook, with about four minutes remaining and the Blackhawks trailing the Blues 3-2, hit a shot (which might have been deflected?) that went off of both posts and somehow didn’t score.

The Blackhawks have had a lot of luck go their way – in addition to a very well assembled roster and organization – en route to three Stanley Cups, and it was their turn for a bad bounce.

This was a tremendous series and it’s a shame it’s not, like, best of 19. The Blues advance to face the Dallas Stars in the NHL’s Western Conference semis.
