The Golden State Warriors advanced to the Western Conference Finals by outscoring the Portland Trail Blazers, 125-121. Stephen Curry salted the deciding game away by hitting a ridiculous three-pointer. Well, ridiculous for anyone else. For him, it was quite pedestrian.
His long-range splash came after a fancy bit of dribbling and gave the Warriors an insurmountable five-point lead in the final seconds.
It’s not even fair. Something tells me he’ll be accepting MVP awards before playoff games for many years to come. Bold prediction, right?
