Derrick Henry was known for his size and downhill running style at Alabama. That’s why the Tennessee Titans selected the 2015 Heisman Trophy winner with the 45th pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.  Unfortunately, Henry isn’t known for being graceful and that was on full display at Titans minicamp on Friday.

Yes, that’s Henry attempting to get through a very simple bag drill and having serious issues with his footwork. Obviously this is something he’ll have to work on, as that kind of drill is a very standard, easy, get-you-going kind of thing. If he’s having issues with the most basic drills, doing the more comprehensive stuff that will come in fall camp could be a big problem.

This just shows that no matter how good a player is in college, there is always a huge jump when it comes to doing anything in the NFL. Even a standard bag drill.
