LeBron James and his Cleveland Cavaliers raced to a 66-44 lead over the Toronto Raptors in the first half of Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Cavs were just too much for the Raptors in every facet, and LeBron was flat-out unstoppable. James went for 14 points and was 7-for-7 from the field.
