Ken Starr has resigned as Baylor chancellor a week after being demoted from his president role. ESPN’s Joe Schad was first to report the news.
Head football coach Art Briles was fired and athletic director Ian McCaw resigned in the wake of an independent investigation of the university’s handling of sexual assault allegations. Two football staffers were fired last night.
