The Giant Alligator at the Palmetto, Florida Golf Course is Definitely Real

The giant alligator spotted at the Buffalo Creek Golf Course in Palmetto, Florida does exist. Sure there was video of the gator, but as with all things on the internet, they can be manipulated to make them more sensational.
A popular Twitter photoshop account, @PicPedant, questioned the validity of the video in a tweet that has since been deleted.
He then realized that the video was shot in 1080p and confirmed what others had already proved, that this Goliath of a gator does exist.
Other viral videos do try to hide telltales behind compression artifacts, so I'd be more suspicious if it were only 360p, not the case here.

The video below is absolutely nuts. I live in South Louisiana and I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen a gator this large.
