Matt Harvey Finally Won a Game, So He Went Golfing in the Bahamas on a Weekday

Matt Harvey gave up 2-hits in 7 innings on Monday in a 1-0 win over the Chicago White Sox. It was just his second win of May, but it was close enough to a vintage Matt Harvey performance that he obviously earned a reward. On Thursday, the Mets off-day, Harvey went to the Bahamas to play golf.

Harvey was joined by Noah Syndergaard, Kevin Plawecki and Neil Walker (among others). The Mets play a weekend series against the Marlins starting tonight. They played at Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club – the same location where #SB2K16 took place. Obviously, this was the type of trip you earn when you drop 4 of your last 5 games.
