VIDEO: Dustin Johnson Hit a Ball Five Feet and it Rolled Another 39 Yards Down the Cart Path

Dustin Johnson pulled his drive left of the cart path and into some bushes on the par-4 10th hole during the final round of the Memorial Tournament. Left with only the option of attempting to punch the ball out towards the fairway, Johnson swung and watched as his ball helplessly traveled about five feet. Luckily for Johnson, that five feet meant that the ball was on the cart path and the cart path just happened to slope down towards the hole carrying Johnson’s rolling ball another 39 yards closer to the hole as spectators scrambled to get out of the way.

Johnson finished with a bogey and is currently -15 through 11 holes; just one back of leader Matt Kuchar.
