USA vs. Paraguay: How The USMNT Advances

The USMNT plays Paraguay in their final Copa America Centenario group match. Their win over Costa Rica puts them in excellent position to advance. Here are the scenarios.
USA Win: The USMNT earns six points. They advance to the knockout rounds. Colombia would secure first place with a point against Costa Rica. The most likely scenario sees the U.S. play the winner of Group B in the quarterfinals: Brazil
USA Draw: The USMNT earns four points. They advance with a Colombia win/draw against Costa Rica. They advance with a Costa Rica win that does not overturn the U.S. goal difference advantage. At present, the U.S. is (+4). Costa Rica is (-2).
USA Lose: The U.S. is eliminated. Colombia and Paraguay advance to the knockout round.
These matches should be happening simultaneously. They won’t. USA vs. Paraguay kicks off at 7:00pm ET. Colombia vs. Costa Rica kicks off at 9:00pm ET.
