Falls Church beat Mills Godwin, 5-1, in Virginia 5A boys high school soccer state semifinals on Friday. The game was called with less than 4-minutes remaining because of a brawl. Via the Washington Post:

"Falls Church scored three goals in less than eight minutes during a second half that got progressively more chippy, and after a Jaguars’ player committed a foul, both teams began to exchange shoves along the sideline. The melee then escalated when a player from Mills Godwin, in Henrico, Va., ran from the bench across the field. Game officials restored order momentarily and managed to separate the two teams, but Mills Godwin’s Andrew Nelson, who had charged in from the sideline, freed himself and tackled Falls Church defender Marlon Barrios from behind. Referees subsequently elected to end the game with 3 minutes 28 seconds left."

There is video of the incident which has yet to surface. For now all we have is this incredible image.
