Jamal Murray to Denver, Giving the Nuggets a Great Backcourt

Jamal Murray dodged a bullet – he went 7th to Denver, which is enormous, because if he fell to 8th it would have meant Sacramento, and you know that’s curtains for any career.
Murray will pair with Emmanuel Mudiay to give the Nuggets a young, dynamic, backcourt. The frontcourt remains a work in progress, and the Nuggets need a lot of pieces to work, but in the small-ball era, they’ve got two very talented young guards.
