Deflategate is Still Not Over: Tom Brady Likely to Appeal to the Supreme Court
By Jason McIntyre

A federal appeals court rejected Tom Brady’s latest attempt to overturn his 4-game DeflateGate suspension, but don’t worry, IT’S NOT OVER!
Tom Brady still has (at least) one card left to play, and that’s an appeal to the Supreme Court, which he almost certainly will do. You don’t come this far, hire high profile lawyers and then just give up and accept a 4-game suspension that probably ends up tarnishing the legacy of the greatest QB in NFL history.
Surely there is someone out there wondering why we’re STILL TALKING ABOUT DEFLATED FOOTBALLS, and that’s understandable, but this isn’t about PSI anymore.
Just a reminder: This is long past being about what happened that January night. It's now mainly about employer control over workforce.

Brady’s chances of getting face-time with the Supreme Court? This link says about 4% of “petitions for certiori” are granted by the Court. So you’re saying there’s a chance?
Ben Affleck, release the F-bombs!
The Patriots first four games:
9/11: at Arizona (Sunday night NBC game)
9/18: vs Miami
9/22: vs Houston (Thursday night CBS game)
10/2: vs Buffalo
Tom Brady, if suspended, would return in Week 5 to visit Cleveland to take his frustrations out on the lowly Browns.
